As a founding Director of TSG Consulting, Peter has combined his simulation skills and experience with like-minded individuals to create one of the most respected simulation and operations analysis teams in Australia. TSG Consulting has rapidly been gaining a reputation worldwide for delivering a quality process and for adding value to client operations.
Peter’s current role sees him oversee the Technical development business functions.
Peter has extensive experience in the application of simulation techniques to the analysis and solution of production problems, from reliability and maintenance, to bulk materials handling, throughput and debottlenecking studies. His skills and experience also include scheduling, logistics and supply chain analysis.
With over twelve years experience as a simulation consultant and specialist skills in the use of several modelling and programming languages, including Arena, Extend, C / C++ and Visual Basic, Peter is among the most skilful and experienced practitioners in the industry today.
During his time in the industry, Peter has executed many simulation modelling projects including:
• Materials handling of iron ore, gold, coal, nickel, phosphate and cobalt
• Debottlenecking studies for process, smelting, mining and manufacturing industries
• Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) studies
• Transportation studies involving trucking, trains, shipping and conveying
• Storage capacity sizing and production rate studies
